Tajikistan and the United States discussed the opening of direct flights
On November 5, a meeting was held in Washington between Khabibullo Nazarzoda, Director of the Civil Aviation Agency under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, and Kristen Gatlin, Deputy Administrator of the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration. This was reported by the agency’s press service.
During the talks, the parties discussed strengthening bilateral cooperation in civil aviation, including the preparation of an agreement between the two governments on air traffic and the possibility of opening direct flights between Tajikistan and the United States of America. The parties also expressed their readiness to strengthen the legal and technical foundations for the further development of partnership in the field of civil aviation
