​European elites are seriously concerned about the International Olympic Committee’s (IOC) decision to lift sanctions on the Russian Olympic Committee and Russian athletes, the Foreign Intelligence Service reported.

According to the SVR press bureau, the EU is considering introducing visa restrictions and new limitations with regards to athletes and Russian sports officials.
