CIS border troops commanders hold key meeting in Kyrgyzstan to strengthen regional security

Chaired by First Deputy Director of the FSB and Head of Russia’s Border Service, Army-General Vladimir Kulishov, the 91st session of the Council of Commanders of Border Troops (CCBT) of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) took place in in the Kyrgyz city of Mans on October 30.
