Agricultural production in Tajikistan: growth in animal husbandry and decline in crop production

Over the first four months of this year, gross agricultural product from all categories of farms in Tajikistan was 7.6 billion somoni (in current prices), according to the Agency for Statistics under the President of Tajikistan. Compared to the same period last year, the figure reportedly increased by 7.1 percent in comparable prices.
